Today I am going to teach you that how can we merge two separate cells.
Merge Two Separate Cells
In my previous post I have added headings for simple entries, but what if you want to include main heading above subheading or you want to add long description.
Column Width or Row Height can be changed but this rule will be applied for all cells. So we use merge option for selected cells where we want to add long text, sentence or for header.
During writing long description in one cell it will also cover second cell if it's empty, if you just want to keep record on computer then there is no need to merge cells.
But what if you want to print that sheet then the text written in selected cell will appear and the remaining text in second cell will be hidden. You can find merge tab at the top home menu bar.
